Jeannie Coleman - Sculptor
In 1988, at the age of 43, Jeannie Coleman left the corporate world behind. Her spirit soared with the desire to paint and be a creative artist. The evolution to sculptor was the outcome of that process, and in the winter of l991 the first piece of clay she touched went to bronze.
With the overwhelming acceptance of her work by collectors throughout the United States and as far away as Singapore, Miss Coleman is producing an ever increasing volume of new works. Her pieces are inspired by her strength as a Christian and her research of the American Indians’ connection both physically and spiritually with nature and the light of life. Through her powerful portrayals of subjects in her American Indian Collection, Christian Collection, Southwest Collection and Wildlife Collection, you will experience the world of light and spirit as it comes to life with the warmth within each bronze sculpture.
In recognition of her contributions and accomplishments as a sculptor in such a short period of time, Miss Coleman has been selected to be a Life Member of the National Registry of Who's Who (published in the 1998 Edition).
It is the hope of Miss Coleman that in sharing the wonderful gift her Lord has given her that in each piece you will see and feel His love and warmth and special blessing.
